IF I COULD GET 1 MILLION PEOPLE TO SEND ME A DOLLAR A WEEK I COULD START A BUSINESS OF GIVING BACK TO THE PEOPLE WHO STARTED SENDING IN THE DOLLAR EVERY WEEK MONEY TO PAY OFF BILLS OR WHAT EVER IS NEEDED.

YOU DONT HAVE TO BE BROKE TO GET HELP.  I WOULD GET AN EMAIL ADDRESS FROM EVERYONE AND LET THEM VOTE ON IF THE NEED WAS THERE (MAJORITY RULES) TO GIVE THE MONEY TO THEM.

LET ME KNOW IF YOU THINK THIS IS A GOOD IDEA TO HELP WHERE THE NEED IS OR DO YOU THINK THERE IS TO MUCH CHANCE OF FRAUD.

If you're truly disabled then you need to contact you state disability office/social services and at the least they will point you in the right direction.  Here in Jersey when your diabled by a doctor and cannot work you receive SSI and other assistance.  Start making some calls and good luck.

i don't know where you live but you can check with your local united states senate they can help get the ball going.

You7 should be getting disability and if you are getting disability you should have no problem getting help from welfare. Its not for people with just children. And as someone else said see about Red Cross and if not Red Cross, try Catholic Charities if you have one in your area or HUD.

Try your local Red Cross they usually will help with the rent.  Also to help out try and get with the local food shelters.  I am not sure where you live so I can not search for you. I would help you but in this event I barely have enough to cover mine. I hope that you will find what you need.

Do you belong to a church? If so you could ask they for help with your rent for the month. Maybe some of the congregation could help with housework and things like that. I can't help you financially but if you need someone to talk I will listen. My husband is disbale and I have to stay home to take care of him. So I know how hard it can be.

I am a 32 year old female. I am in need of help paying my November's rent. I am disabled and unable to work. My dad was staying with me to help me out since I can not do housework on my own. Anyway to make a long story short I guess that it was to much for him cause he did what he does best and that is turn his back on me when i really needed him. He told me on 11-7-08 that he was moving and was not give me any money to pay my rent. I don't have any kids so getting help from social service is impossible. If anyone knows of a place that I can get some help from please let me know.
